NRS was fortunate to be able to provide the vegetation design, installation and management services for the 8 project Mastodon Portfolio developed and constructed by One Energy Renewables.  Totaling 24 MWp, these projects are located in western Wisconsin and southeast Minnesota.

Photos from Stockton Solar show the typical explosion of black-eyed Susans and other pioneering native species during the initial growing seasons.  Over time, these species will wane and other longer-lived species will become more prevalent creating a diverse, low maintenance landscape. This site qualifies as Exceeds Standards in the Minnesota Habitat Friendly Solar Program.
